Real orders. Real factories. Here’s what I’ve done for clients.

Apparel samples on factory workbench

Apparel Brand, North America

A growing brand needed multiple fabric types — different weights, different finishes — in small quantities per color. Big mills said no. We found a mid-size factory willing to split production into smaller batches. Factory-direct pricing. On-site QC before the balance was paid. The client never wire-transferred a cent to us — only to the factory, after we signed off on the goods.

Pet pee pad factory production

E-Commerce Seller, Southeast Asia

A small online seller wanted to launch a private-label pet pee pad. Budget: $3,000 for the first order. Every factory they contacted said the same thing — MOQ too low, not worth the line change. We found a mid-size hygiene factory with excess capacity that week. Negotiated a trial run. Factory-direct price. The client’s $3,000 order shipped three weeks later — same factory that produces for a major US pet brand.

Adult care products on production line

Private Label Distributor, East Asia

A distributor supplying retail chains in Japan and Korea needed adult incontinence products under their own brand. FDA and CE certified factory. Custom packaging with Japanese and Korean labeling. MOQ negotiated down from 10,000 to 5,000 units for the first trial run. Full compliance documentation.

Tractor delivered to East African farmland

Agricultural Importer, East Africa

Originally looked at premium Western brands — far beyond budget. We found a Shandong manufacturer making 100HP 4WD tractors with the same core specs. Walked the factory floor. Sent real photos from the production line. 10 units. ¥500,000. Delivered.

Steel structure factory building

Factory Builder, Southeast Asia

A client in Thailand needed a factory building. New steel was over budget. We found a supplier of high-quality used structural steel. Same load-bearing specs. Factory-certified welds. Full inspection before disassembly. The client got their building for roughly $100,000 — half the cost of new. The steel is still standing.

Cotton towels packed for shipping

Textile Distributor, Singapore

A Singapore-based distributor needed premium cotton towels. Two 40HQ containers. OEKO-TEX certified mill in Shandong. Color-fast, soft-hand finish, custom label. QC passed first inspection. Both containers cleared customs. Client already reordered.
