Three QC Checkpoints

Pre-production. Before a single machine starts, I check incoming materials against your spec. Wrong fabric, substandard steel, incorrect components — caught here, they cost nothing to fix.

During production (DUPRO). 20-30% through your run, I’m back on the floor. Checking assembly quality. Measuring tolerances. Making sure the production line matches the pre-production sample. Problems caught here need minor adjustments — not a full rework.

Pre-shipment (Final). Production is done. Your goods are packed. I open cartons at random. AQL 2.5 standard. If more than 10 major defects in 500 units, the shipment doesn’t leave. You don’t pay the balance until I sign off.

Pricing

QC inspection: flat fee based on factory location. Typically $300-500 per visit including travel. Deducted from sourcing fee if you proceed with a full order.
