Your goods are made. Now they need to move. I coordinate the freight forwarder, customs paperwork, and delivery — so you don’t have to learn import regulations for a country you don’t live in.
How It Works
1. You choose your shipping method. Sea freight for volume. Air freight for speed. Express courier for samples. I’ll tell you what makes sense for your order size and timeline. FOB vs CIF vs DDP explained →
2. I get quotes from three forwarders. Not the factory’s forwarder. Independent forwarders I’ve worked with for years. You see the quotes. You choose. No padding. No kickbacks.
3. I handle the paperwork. Commercial invoice. Packing list. Bill of lading. Certificate of origin. One missed form delays your container by a week. I’ve done this enough times that paperwork is the easy part.
4. You track the container yourself. I give you the container number and the carrier’s tracking link. You watch it move. No ghost shipping. No “the container got lost.” Real tracking, real-time.
5. It arrives. You clear customs. I prepare your customs documentation in advance. You or your local broker handle clearance. If you need DDP door-to-door, I can arrange it.

Logistics coordination is included in full-service projects. Freight costs are paid directly to the forwarder — I don’t mark up shipping.
