How It Works
1. You share your product spec. Drawing, photo, competitor link — whatever you have. I’ll tell you honestly whether this is a product I can help with, and if not, point you in the right direction.
2. I search the right cluster. Bearings? Linqing. Textiles? Shandong. Electronics? Shenzhen. I don’t search “China” — I search the city that owns your product category. A week of driving through one industrial park finds more than a month of Alibaba searches.
3. I visit in person. I walk the production floor. Check raw material storage. Talk to workers. You get real photos — not marketing shots. See what I check →
4. I negotiate in Chinese, face-to-face. Not over email. In person, over tea. I know what materials cost this month. I know which factories need orders. You get a fair price — not the cheapest, but the one that holds quality on the fifth order.
5. You pay the factory directly. I never touch your product payment. My fee is separate and transparent. You see the factory’s invoice. You know exactly what everything costs.
