Documentation Check
- Business license verification (营业执照)
- Export license and registration
- ISO / CE / FDA certificates (verifiable, not just scanned copies)
Factory Floor Check
- Production line organization and cleanliness
- Machine maintenance records and idle rate
- Raw material storage (check lot numbers against production)
- QC station — is it staffed, with tools within reach?
Worker Check
- Worker turnover — ask operators, not management
- Safety equipment in use
- Break room and bathroom conditions
Production Check
- Pre-production sample approval process
- Inline QC checkpoint during production
- Final inspection before balance payment
